DIY wins on instant gratification and total control — if you enjoy the hunt and have the hours, the sites cost nothing and answer to no one’s schedule. We win on verified numbers, local gate knowledge, and having a licensed human accountable to you. Plenty of our renters browse the sites first and bring us their list to verify: that combination beats either alone. A practical split, if you want one: use the sites to learn your own taste — which floor plans you keep saving, which finishes you stop noticing — and use the verification step for anything you would actually pay to apply to. Taste is free to develop. Application fees are not.
