How fast can you send options?
Our target is your first verified short list within one business day of understanding your needs. Short-notice moves get prioritized by report date.
Do you cover all of JBSA?
Yes - Fort Sam Houston, Lackland, and Randolph, plus Camp Bullis commuters. The right neighborhoods differ completely by gate, which is exactly why the matching matters.
Is the pricing you send actually current?
Every figure on your list is confirmed with the community before you see it, and dated. That is the difference between us and a listing site - and it is why we ask communities directly instead of trusting feeds.
Can my family tour for me while I am unavailable?
Yes - and our video tours are recorded precisely so the whole household can decide together, on any schedule, from any time zone.
Do you work with BAH budgets?
We search to whatever budget you give us and show the true monthly cost with fees. We do not publish BAH tables or promise coverage - rates are yours to confirm; the search is ours to run.
What about lease protections if orders change?
We flag which communities are familiar with servicemember lease protections and what to ask before signing. For legal specifics, your installation legal office is the authoritative stop.
Do you take a cut of my rent?
No. Communities pay our referral fee from their marketing budget. Your rent is identical with or without us - which is exactly why using the free help makes sense.
What areas outside the gates do you cover?
All of greater San Antonio - Schertz, Universal City and Converse by Randolph; the west side by Lackland; Government Hill and the near-east by Fort Sam; plus Stone Oak, the Medical Center, and downtown.
