Why we built a military-specific service
Apartment locating is an old San Antonio tradition: tell a professional what you need, and let someone who knows every community do the finding. A military move deserves that help more than any other kind - the timeline is fixed, the city is often unfamiliar, and the decision usually gets made from another duty station.
So this service is built around the things a PCS actually runs on: report dates, gate commutes, sight-unseen decisions, and paperwork that works from out of state. Every price we quote is verified with the community first, and a licensed team member stays with you from first call to lease day.
We follow Texas Real Estate Commission rules and the federal Fair Housing Act in everything we publish and advise: facts about places, never about people. And we never tell a renter an application is approved or denied - communities decide that; we make sure you apply where your situation genuinely fits.
How to reach us
We keep no public office. Our service area is San Antonio, TX and the surrounding metro, and the search runs by phone and video so it works from any duty station. Mon–Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Evenings and Sundays by appointment — we work around duty schedules.
